We did it again by sticking one up the Aussies and it was a real team effort. Who can forget Collingwood's gritty innings in Cardiff, with Monty and Jimmy snatching the draw? Freddie's bowling at Lords? Onions, Broad and Swanny bowling like it mattered. Some great keeping (finally), and some good batting from Strauss and Co, with the tail running deep. Apart from Cook and Bopara, everyone else turned in one or more great performances, and that's why we won it.
It takes me back to 2005, when even I had a small part to play.....
Although slightly more important, the catch was similar to the one I took on the boundary to seal victory for Hill Dickinson in the HD vs MEN inaugural match.
It's good to be a winner.
